Hospitality Experience
My first work experience was at Schaumburger Hof in Bonn, Germany, where I worked part-time alongside high school for over four years. I managed an area with over 100 guests, supervised multiple waiters, and recruited over 10 new staff members. I was also responsible for the service at large events such as weddings and similar gatherings, developing my leadership and coordination skills.
While in Ingolstadt, I worked part-time at Morgengold as a promoter for a bread delivery service while attending university. I conducted over 1,000 sales pitches and secured over 70 new clients in six months. This experience enhanced my communication and persuasion skills, as I had to adapt my approach to different customer profiles while working under pressure.
In St. Gallen, I worked part-time for over two years at Concerto, which also managed food and beverage services at the St. Gallen Stadttheater. I assisted with various events and was frequently in charge of sales at the theater, leading a team of three. This role improved my ability to manage operations and lead a team in a fast-paced environment while balancing my studies at university.
